Extended furnace for agro-waste ensures settlement of fly ash in the furnace itself as well as complete combustion of low grade fuels

Special furnace design avoids direct impingement of flame on the heat exchanger

By pass damper on furnace ensures that direct radiation of furnace heat is avoided. Hence diesel engine is not required for operating circulating pump in case of power failures.

Smaller capacity units up to 2 lacs Kcal/hr are totally skid mounted and are ready to use.
These units come complete with Id fan, thermic fluid circulating pump, control panel, refractory lining in the furnace and insulated heat exchanger.
