From the sparkling new facility left the specially designed Ecopac HWP 5000 destined for a power project within India. This typical superheated-pressurized water boiler of 5.8 M Width has an outlet temperature of 215°C. The entire engineering of the boiler was done by isotex and subjected to rigorous third party inspections. The boiler showcases isotex’s capabilities to offer custom solutions that satisfy the requirements of even the most demanding applications.
Pressurized water is increasingly becoming popular and replacing thermic fluid or steam as preferred heat- transfer medium in many industries. Isotex has mastered this new space with the modern design Ecopac water boilers suitable for global markets. The standard Ecopac offers distinct advantages when compared to traditional shell boilers or air-jacketed coil boilers.

Isotex is an india based manufacturer and exporter of boilers and heaters. The company is an leading supplier of thermal fluid heaters in south-east asia. Majority of its production is directed to exports.
Isotex has helped industry by developing own technologies that use economically available fuels at the most optimum conversion rates. Our boilers and heaters are by far the most fuel efficient products of its type in the region. We have experienced more than 100 fuels (including biomass and agrowaste fuels) in our boilers and have supplied over 6,000 units in 30 years for various capacities and fuels.
Isotex’s product range includes thermal oil heaters upto 15 million kcal/hr, pressurized hot water boilers upto 18 MW, steam boilers upto 30,000 kg/hr. The boilers and heaters are supplied with most advanced technologies suitable fot global markets. Isotex specializes in design of Direct fired heaters for high temperature application upto 400 °C.
The biomass fired thermal oil heaters, an expertise of isotex are becoming ideal replacements of existing oil fired units. The automated fuel and ash handling, sophisticated controls, in such plants give similar ease of operations.
